Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StateSet Sandbox service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StateSet Sandbox provides secure, isolated cloud environments for code execution. The Service allows users to create sandboxed environments, execute code, manage files, and interact with various tools in a secure manner.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Conduct cryptocurrency mining
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Engage in any activity that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

5. API Keys and Security

API keys are provided for programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your API keys or expose them in public repositories. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are compromised or misused.

6. Pricing and Payment

The Service is provided on a usage-based pricing model. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any code or content you create using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, features, and documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATESET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
